Coarsely grate the cheese.
Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends. Cut the zucchini lengthways into 4 mm slices on the bread slicer.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the zucchini brown on both sides. Salt and pepper and sprinkle with the cheese. Season with oregano and fry for 2 minutes with the lid on, until the cheese has melted.
White bread or baguette goes well as a side dish.
