Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 500 ml milk
- 3 egg (s)
- 25 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Vegetable oil
- 3 large potatoes or wild berries or plums as desired
- salt and pepper

- Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with vanilla sugar until stiff and place in the refrigerator.
- Now peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into long thin strips, sort of stickers and set aside.
- Mix the flour, egg yolk, sugar and a pinch of salt in the milk until smooth.
- Now fold the stiffly beaten egg white into the dough.
