  • 80 g feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch (s) chilli
  • Milled pepper, to taste

  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  2. Slide the spatula down. Crumble the feta cheese and add to the mixing bowl, mince 4 sec./ speed 5, push everything down again with the spatula. Now put the minced meat with the spices in the mixing bowl, mix at 30 sec / / speed 3.
  3. Take the mixture out of the mixing bowl, form 6 - 8 meatballs out of it and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
  4. You can also use this turkey mince dough to fill Maultaschen, cannelloni and ravioli.
