  • 4 slices pork belly, approx. 100 g each
  • 2 egg (s)
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Wash the pork belly slices under running water and pat dry well with a cloth. Now season well with salt and pepper and beat a little thinly and turn in the flour.
