Ingredients

  • 250 g raisins or sultanas
  • 100 g rock suar
  • 1 liter schnapps, (brandy)
  • possibly wine

Instructions

  1. Wash the raisins, put them in a well-sealable container, e.g. mason jars, sprinkle with the rock candy and add the brandy. Let it steep for about 8-14 days and stir every now and then.
  2. Adding a little wine will make the drink less strong. Also suitable as a souvenir.
