Ingredients

  • 1 frisée salad
  • 150 g cherry tomato (s), halved or quartered
  • 1 small fennel bulb (s), halved, cut into fine strips
  • 1 clove garlic, cut into wafer-thin slices
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (lemon mustard) or medium hot mustard
  • Salt and pepper, whiter, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Mix the frisée salad, cherry tomatoes and fennel together in a bowl.
  2. Mix a dressing from olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice and lemon mustard. Season with salt and pepper, pour over the salad and fold in. Serve sprinkled with garlic slices.
