  • 125 g cream quark, 40%
  • 100 g cream
  • 70 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a beaker with the blender, then place in the ice cream maker for 40 - 50 minutes and then enjoy the ice cream.
  2. Please remember: yoghurt ice cream tends to be soft and not as firm as other ice cream with egg etc.
