- 375 g currants
- 125 g raspberries
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.25 liter ¼ water
- 90 g cornstarch

- Bring the picked and washed berries to the boil with 1/2 liter of water and strain them through a sieve.
