  • 375 g currants
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • 90 g cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Bring the picked and washed berries to the boil with 1/2 liter of water and strain them through a sieve.
  2. Bring the juice with sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil, stir in the cornstarch mixed with 1/4 liter of water and let it boil briefly.
  3. Pour the food into a large dish or several small dishes rinsed with cold water.
  4. After cooling, turn it out and serve with milk or vanilla sauce.
