Fruit “Eva’s Salad”

This exquisite salad will appeal to those with a sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Apple – 1-2 pcs.
- Persimmon “Sharon” – 1 pc.
- Kiwi – 1-2 pcs.
- Pitted prunes – 30 g
- Dried apricots – 30 g
- Coconut flakes – 10 g
- Poppy – 0.5 teaspoon.
- Garnet for decoration – 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
- Condensed milk – 50-100 ml
Directions
- Pour dried apricots and prunes with boiling water and leave to swell for 15 minutes.
- Peel and seed the apples, cut into cubes.
- To prevent the apple cubes from turning black, sprinkle them with lemon juice.
- Slice the prunes and layout the next layer.
- Peel the kiwi, cut into cubes, and layout the next layer.
- After kiwi – finely chopped dried apricots.
- Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
- Spread the banana slices on top and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Place the diced Sharon persimmon in the last layer.
- Pour the condensed milk over the salad.
- Sprinkle the fruit “Eva’s Salad” with coconut on top, garnish with pomegranate seeds and poppy seeds.
