Instructions

  1. First you fill a large, sealable container with the rock sugar. Then add cinnamon and cloves. Now you put the fruit on it. Finally, you pour the vodka into it.
  2. This must now stand in a warm place for 6 weeks and shake a little once a day.
  3. After the 6 weeks everything is filtered off and bottled. The liqueur should be stored as dark as possible until it is served. After about 1 year it has developed its full aroma, but you can of course enjoy it before that.
  4. Tip: You can divide all the ingredients evenly into three 1.4 liter jars, fits perfectly.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
