Ingredients

  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, (dry)
  • 2 liters passion fruit juice
  • 1 liter juice, (multivitamin juice or ACE juice)
  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 1 can pineapple or apricots
  • 2 cans tangerine (s)

Instructions

  1. Freeze passion fruit juice into ice cubes or, even better, into a sorbet-like mass!
  2. Chill all ingredients well beforehand.
  3. Pour off the fruit and save the canned juice. Cut the peaches and apricots into bite-sized pieces. Put all the ingredients together. Sweeten with the canned juice as desired.
