Fruit Salad with Strawberries and Bananas

Summer, heat … diet before vacation. And so you want something sweet! What to eat without harm to the figure? I have already found the answer to this question for myself – a light fruit salad of strawberries and bananas, seasoned with lemon juice and slightly sweetened with sugar. Looks delicious, doesn’t it? And making a salad with strawberries and banana is easier than ever!
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Ripe strawberries – 500 g
- Ripe bananas – 2 pcs.
- Juice of one or two lemons (depending on size)
- Granulated sugar – to taste
- Fresh mint (for decoration)
Direction
- Wash fruits, cut strawberries and bananas into a large bowl.
- Season with lemon juice and sugar to taste.
- Attention! The secret of the company: my Italian mother-in-law sometimes also adds mineral carbonated water so that the bananas do not darken and the salad is juicier, but the lemon does an excellent job with this function.
- Cool in the refrigerator, arrange in bowls, decorate with fresh mint.
- Fruit salad of strawberries and banana is ready.
