Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ melon (s), (sugar melon)
  • 0.25 ¼ melon (s), (watermelon)
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 nectarine (s), ripe
  • 2 tablespoon jelly, (apricot jelly)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 50 g pistachios, unsalted)
  • 250 g cream quark
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 0.5 ½ orange (s), juice and grated. Bowl
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the melons. Wash the strawberries and nectarines, pat dry. Stone the nectarines.
  2. Cut all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat the apricot jelly with lemon juice in a saucepan.
  4. Spread the fruit on 8 wooden skewers, brush with the jelly mixture and refrigerate for about 30 minutes (see also tip below).
  5. Grind pistachios in a blender or finely chop with a knife.
  6. Mix the quark with the cream, orange juice, peel, powdered sugar and pistachios.
  7. Serve the quark dip with the skewers.

  9. If you want to serve the skewers immediately, you can simply leave out marinating!
