Ingredients

  • 1 large can (s) cocktail fruits
  • 0.5 ½ bottle egg liqueur
  • 2 cups whipped cream, 00 ml each
  • almond flakes

Instructions

  1. Pour cocktail fruits into a sieve and drain well (preferably overnight).
  2. Whip the cream. Place cocktail fruits in a bowl and pour eggnog over them until all fruits are well covered. Pour the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Then let it steep a little in the refrigerator.
  3. Note from personal experience: The Verpoorten egg liqueur is very tasty in taste, but in my opinion too thin for this dessert. The cheap one from Aldi is better for this case.
