Ingredients
- 1 head oak leaf lettuce, cleaned and torn to bite size
- 1 apple, pitted, diced into small pieces
- 1 orange (s), peeled and filleted
- 10 grapes, white, seedless, halved lengthways
For the dressing:
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (sherry)
- 2 tablespoon sherry, dry
- 1 ½ teaspoon mustard (cassis)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- pepper
- salt
Also:
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 50 g nuts, mixed, rouhly chopped

- Carefully mix the lettuce and fruit, mix the ingredients for the dressing together well, mix into the salad.
- Melt the butter in a small pan, add the nut mixture and, while stirring, do not brown too much, spread over the salad.
- If you have a nut mix with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, you can leave it whole.
- This salad is ideal as a fresh side dish or as a starter.
