- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 apple
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 large pickle (s)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
- salt and pepper

- Cut the cucumber and mix with the sugar. Let it steep overnight and then pour off the water.
- Cut the apple, onion and the pickled cucumber into cubes and mix everything with the mayonnaise and yoghurt.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
