Instructions

  1. Core the nectarine and the kiwifruit and cut into small pieces. Put frozen fruit and cut fruit in the blender. Depending on the consistency, add orange juice and / or water and then mix everything vigorously.
  2. I add about 50 to 150 ml of liquid.
  3. If necessary, oat flakes, chia seeds or the like can also be added, then the whole thing will fill you up well (but is no longer a real smoothie).
  4. Then you can arrange it, or, as in my case, put the smoothie in a tight container to take with you to work.
  5. Thanks to the frozen fruits, the smoothie is nice and cold and tastes very refreshing.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
