- 2 handfuls raspberries, frozen
- 1 handful mango (s), frozen
- orange juice or water

- Core the nectarine and the kiwifruit and cut into small pieces. Put frozen fruit and cut fruit in the blender. Depending on the consistency, add orange juice and / or water and then mix everything vigorously.
- I add about 50 to 150 ml of liquid.
- If necessary, oat flakes, chia seeds or the like can also be added, then the whole thing will fill you up well (but is no longer a real smoothie).
- Then you can arrange it, or, as in my case, put the smoothie in a tight container to take with you to work.
- Thanks to the frozen fruits, the smoothie is nice and cold and tastes very refreshing.
