Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cup spinach, frozen, frozen kale or a generous handful vegetables
  • 2 apple
  • 1 orange (s)
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 1 piece (s) ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder or turmeric paste
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • water, cold

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and cut the fruit into small pieces. Squeeze the lemon.
  2. Wash and sort celery (and any fresh leafy vegetables). Remove the stalks from fresh leafy vegetables.
  3. Put all ingredients in the blender, add cold water if you like and puree finely in the blender.
  4. If desired, season with a little freshly ground pepper. Pepper is said to support the anti-inflammatory effects of turmeric.
