Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cup spinach, frozen, frozen kale or a generous handful vegetables
- 2 apple
- 1 orange (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 1 piece (s) ginger root
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder or turmeric paste
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pepper, freshly ground
- water, cold

- Wash, peel and cut the fruit into small pieces. Squeeze the lemon.
- Wash and sort celery (and any fresh leafy vegetables). Remove the stalks from fresh leafy vegetables.
- Put all ingredients in the blender, add cold water if you like and puree finely in the blender.
- If desired, season with a little freshly ground pepper. Pepper is said to support the anti-inflammatory effects of turmeric.
