Ingredients
- 2 small kohlrabi or 1 large one
- 150 g yourt
- 3 tablespoon balsamic (red currant balsamic) or vinegar, possibly less if it is not mild
- salt and pepper
- possibly herbs, fresh, chopped

- Peel and pin the kohlrabi. Mix the yoghurt with the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. In addition, possibly chopped herbs.
- Mix the kohlrabi with the dressing and serve in bowls or on plates.
