Instructions

  1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions and let it cool down a bit. In order to accelerate the cooling process, the finished quinoa can be quenched with cold water.
  2. Core the pomegranate. Peel the avocado and mango and cut into cubes. It is best when the avocado and mango cubes are the same size as the pomegranate seeds.
  3. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the agave syrup, a little salt and pepper to make a dressing.
  4. Put everything together in a bowl and mix well. Let the salad steep for a moment and enjoy.
  5. Tip: If you like it spicy, garnish the salad with chilli flakes. That gives it that certain something.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
