Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, drain the peaches from the glass (save the juice) and cut into small cubes.
  2. Also cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes and fry lightly in a pan with a little fat, seasoning with plenty of curry, a little paprika, salt and pepper. After a few minutes add the peach pieces, the raisins and the finished rice and fry briefly. Deglaze with the peach juice from the glass and let sit in the pan for a few more minutes, season again with the spices. If the juice is not enough, you can also add a little vegetable stock.
  3. Mangoes or pears are a good alternative or addition to peaches.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
