- 2 ripe banana (s)
- 250 g yourt, mild, low-fat (oranic)
- 4 tablespoon jam, (sea buckthorn - orange - jam) from the health food store
- 2 leaves peppermint, fresh

- Peel the bananas, place in a tall container and beat until creamy with the hand blender. Add the sea buckthorn and orange jam and continue to puree. Then add the yogurt and mix again.
- Pour into a serving bowl and decorate with the mint leaves.
