Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 2 apples, semi-sour (e.g. Elstar)
- 1 lime (s), or lemon
- Chili oil
- tarragon
- salt

- Preparation:
- Halve the zucchini and cut into long slices.
- Cut the apple into slices or rings and pour plenty of lime juice over them.
- Preparation:
- Fry the zucchini slices in chilli oil (mix with neutral if it is too hot). Sprinkle generously with tarragon and lightly salt. Turn several times.
- Just before they`re done, add the apple slices. The apples only stay in there for a very short time, they should just get warm.
- And the vegetables are ready. Place on the plate in nice layers and serve immediately.
- That gives an unbelievable succession of flavors on the palate.
