Ingredients
- 600 g zucchini, cleaned, diced or sliced
- 1 shallot (s), finely diced
- 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, grained
- 1 tablespoon curry powder (Old English Style)
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- herbs Provence
- 1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- salt and pepper

- Steam the shallot cubes and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add the zucchini and fry lightly. Add the broth, herbs and spices and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat. Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste.
