Funchose in a Wok

The simplest recipe for making funchose in a wok! Funchose prepared according to this recipe will be an excellent side dish for any meat dish, as well as an independent dish. Aromatic, tasty, and simple – everything is in the Chinese culinary tradition!

Ingredients

  • Funchose – 100 g
  • Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare all the products for cooking funchose in a wok.
  2. First of all, let’s prepare funchose according to the instructions on the package. Pour boiling water over my funchose for 5 minutes. Drain the water from the finished funchose.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a wok, put the funchose in the pan, and fry, stirring occasionally, for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce.
  5. Pour in the oyster sauce.
  6. Mix well funchose with sauces.
  7. Add sesame seeds, fry the funchose for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
  8. We serve ready-made funchose in a wok as a hot appetizer or as a side dish for the main course.
