Ingredients

  • 5 handfuls mustard herb
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil for stewing
  • 200 g rice, already cooked, still hot
  • 350 ml water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Leaf mustard is the green manure for farmers, but it can also be processed very well into a wok dish. Yellow mustard contains a lot of protein and is therefore also something for fitness fans.
  2. Remove the leaves from the plant, cut them into small pieces if necessary and steam them in the oil in a wok. It only takes 2 - 3 minutes. Add the pre-cooked rice to the wok while still hot and steam it. Gradually add a little water so that nothing burns and season the dish with salt and pepper.
