Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 125 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 ml tomato juice or carrot or fruit juice
- 200 g cream cheese, rainy, or quark
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Mix flour with salt and baking powder. Add the cream cheese and juice (taste of your choice). Knead all ingredients well.
- Shape 8 small rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 25 - 30 minutes at 180 °.
