Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 100 ml Cremefine or normal sweet cream
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 5 clove (s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 teaspoon, heaped sugar
  • Sprinkle chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the herbs and squeeze the garlic. Stir the low-fat quark with cream or cremefine until smooth. Stir in herbs and garlic and season with salt, pepper, sugar and a few dashes of Asian hot chili sauce.
  2. Fits almost everywhere - as a dip with bread, with grilled meat, with homemade meatballs, but also with freshly fried fish!
