- 500 g low-fat quark
- 100 ml Cremefine or normal sweet cream
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch parsley
- 5 clove (s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- 3 teaspoon, heaped sugar
- Sprinkle chili sauce

- Finely chop the herbs and squeeze the garlic. Stir the low-fat quark with cream or cremefine until smooth. Stir in herbs and garlic and season with salt, pepper, sugar and a few dashes of Asian hot chili sauce.
- Fits almost everywhere - as a dip with bread, with grilled meat, with homemade meatballs, but also with freshly fried fish!
