Ingredients
- 1.2 kg feta cheese (may also be made from cow`s milk)
- 400 g sour cream or crème fraîche
- 0.5 ½ bulb garlic
- pepper
- Only use salt if the feta is very mild

- Chop the feta as finely as possible, e.g. in the food processor with a cleaver. Finely chop the garlic. Thoroughly mix both with the sour cream, season to taste and let steep - ideally overnight.
- Delicious with grilled food, as a dip for vegetables and snacks or just on bread.
