Ingredients

  • salami 200 g
  • flour 200 g
  • sugar 2 tablespoons
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • soda 1/2 tsp
  • eggs 1 pc.
  • sour cream 160 g
  • vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
  • garlic 4 pcs.
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Cut the salami into small cubes and add to a plate the dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth. Add garlic, passed through a press, and mix again. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Divide the dough into silicone muffin tins. We bake for 25 minutes.
