Ingredients
- salami 200 g
- flour 200 g
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- baking powder 1 tsp
- soda 1/2 tsp
- eggs 1 pc.
- sour cream 160 g
- vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
- garlic 4 pcs.
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
- Cut the salami into small cubes and add to a plate the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth. Add garlic, passed through a press, and mix again. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Divide the dough into silicone muffin tins. We bake for 25 minutes.
