Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 shallot (s) or 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon, heaped Café de Paris (spice)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli powder (pimento d´Espelette)
- 2 tablespoon herbs, TK 8 herb mixture
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon harissa
- 500 ml Miracel Whip, light
- 200 ml coffee cream
- salt and pepper

- Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours (you can prepare it the day before). If necessary, season with salt and pepper before use.
