  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt
  • 125 ml oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, dried
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed, possibly more

Instructions

  1. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix the mustard, sugar, vinegar, egg yolk and salt with a mixer to a thick mass. Now gradually stir in the oil.
  2. Then add the water and mix again. Add parsley and garlic, mix again and season with salt again if necessary.
