Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 20 g yeast, fresh
  • 125 g butter, melt
  • 2 egg (s),
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the filling:

  • 250 g walnuts, round
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 1 glass cherry jam
  • 1 lemon (s), which the zest, grated
  • 1 point dark chocolate couverture, approx. 200 g

Instructions

  1. Dough preparation:
  2. Melt the butter and mix the yeast with the sour cream. Mix all ingredients for the dough, knead well and divide into four parts.
  3. Mix walnuts with powdered sugar.
  4. Roll out part of it, brush with jam and fill a third of the walnut mixture.
  5. Treat the next two pieces of dough in the same way as the first. Roll out the last part and place on top.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes.
  7. Let cool and brush with melted couverture.
