• 2 cheeses (brie)
• 1 large onion (s)
• 1 clove (s) garlic or garlic salt
• pepper
• cream
• Paprika powder

Instructions

1. The brie must be soft, mash it with a fork, add the cream cheese, finely dice the onion and garlic, add it too, mix everything well, season with pepper and paprika to taste.
2. Finally add some liquid cream, but be careful, the mixture must not be too runny. Tastes good with fresh bread or pretzels.
