Ingredients
- Cheese, Harzer, 1 roll
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper, (white) as required
- Flowers (herbal flowers) the season, e.g. lilac

- Cut the Harzer very small, into small square pieces, almost the size of a pin. Then mix this with the other ingredients. Mix in the herbal blossoms, such as the lilac blossoms here, and put a few on top as decoration.
- You can also use other flowers. E.g. thyme blossoms, sage blossoms or chive blossoms. The imagination knows no limits.
- Have fun experimenting. The herb blossom obatzter tastes super hearty and is a pleasure.
