Ingredients
- 1 liter red wine, medium dry
- 340 ml orange juice, without pulp
- 4 pinches gingerbread spice
- 60 g suar, or more, dependin on the sweetness desired

- Put red wine, orange juice, gingerbread spices and sugar in a saucepan and heat to a maximum of 78 degrees. Let it steep for about 5 minutes. If it`s steaming lightly, it`s usually hot enough.
