  • 150 g rock suar

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalks from the elderberries and wash them. Put the grain and rock candy in a larger vessel. Do not open it again until after 6 - 8 weeks. Store in a dark room that is not too cold. When the liquid is nice and black after the specified period, the liqueur can be bottled.
