Ingredients

  • 10 cm ginger root
  • 120 ml water
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 pear (s), ripe
  • 1 bottle Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and cut into slices. Bring the water and sugar to the boil until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool for 30 minutes. Then fish out the ginger.
  2. Puree the pear and mix with the sugar water.
  3. Pour 2 teaspoons of puree into each glass and pour in Prosecco.
