Ingredients

  • 10 g iner, fresh
  • 250 g banana (s)
  • 300 g yourt (3.5%)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 500 ml mineral water

Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces.
  2. Put the yoghurt, honey, bananas and ginger in a tall mixing bowl and purée finely with the cutting stick.
  3. Pour mineral water on top and fill into 4 glasses. Serve immediately so that the ginger aroma does not evaporate.
