- 150 g iner root
- 1 lemon (s)
- 500 ml water
- 250 grams sugar

- Peel the ginger and cut into pieces the size of a fingertip. Squeeze the lemon. Simmer together with the water for approx. 20 minutes. Then sift through. Add the sugar and bring to the boil until it becomes syrupy.
- Fill hot.
- Top up with water to taste. I put a good shot of syrup in a glass of mineral water.
