  • 1 dash syrup (elderflower)
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Cut the ginger into 4-5 approx. 0.5 cm thick slices, place in a cup, pour boiling water and leave to stand, covered, for approx. 10 minutes. Then add a dash of elderflower syrup
  2. Great for colds and sore throats and great warming up.
