Ingredients

  • 220 g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 packet pudding powder, chocolate
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch clove powder
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 100 g mararine, or butter
  • Chocolate, to decorate

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients and form croissants out of them.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° top and bottom heat for approx. 12 minutes. Then let it cool down and decorate with chocolate.
  3. Makes 2 sheets.
