  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pack gingerbread spice
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon clove (s) powder
  • 350 g flour
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and stir in the sugar. Mix the other ingredients together and fold in. If necessary, add milk, the dough must be liquid.
  2. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Cut into gingerbread cookies of any size and brush with melted chocolate as you wish.
