Ingredients

- 500 g hazelnuts, round
- 100 g orane peel, possibly crushed
- 100 g lemon peel, possibly crushed
- 0.5 ½ pack gingerbread spice
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- wafers (7 cm diameter)
- Possibly cake icing your choice
