Ingredients
- 2 packs glass noodles
- 2 thin pork schnitzel
- 2 large roulade (s) (beef)
- 1 carrot (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- Leaves a celery bulb, fresh
- 4 tablespoon tomato paste
- 250 ml soy cream (soy cream)
- 6 tablespoon sesame seeds
- some oil for frying
- 3 clove (s) garlic, more if desired
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- 200 g white mushrooms
- some water as needed

- Cut the meat into very narrow strips and fry first the beef and then the pork in portions.
- Clean the vegetables, cut the carrots into slices, the peppers in strips and the spring onions in 1 cm pieces and add to the pan with the meat. Add the sesame seeds and roast everything well.
- Chop the peppers, mushrooms and garlic, add briefly and season as needed.
- Chop the well washed celery leaves and fold in.
- Then add the tomato paste and deglaze with a little water. Then pour the soy cream over everything and simmer gently for a few minutes. If necessary, add a dash of water.
- In the meantime, let the glass noodles soak in hot water for a few minutes, cut them into small pieces and mix with the dish.
