Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and sauté until translucent. Add the minced meat and a little salt and pepper. As soon as the minced meat is cooked through, add the tomatoes, tomato paste, the grated garlic clove, a teaspoon of sour cream and the milk. Then season with oregano, herbs from Provence, pepper and basil. Let it steep for a few minutes over a low heat.
  2. Spread the gnocchi in the baking dish and pour the Bolognese sauce over it. Sprinkle with cheese and put in the preheated oven. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 25-30 minutes.
