Ingredients

  • 250 g zucchini
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 sprigs oregano
  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s), 00 g each
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g nocchi
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into slices. Cut the peppers into cubes. Finely dice the garlic. Chop the oregano into small pieces. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the meat all around for about 3 minutes. Remove. Fry the gnocchi in the remaining frying fat for about 3 minutes until light brown and remove. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Add zucchini with paprika, fry for 6 minutes. Add the garlic and oregano, sauté briefly. Add the meat and gnocchi, pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper.
