Ingredients

  • 1 sachet gnocchi
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 bag ham, diced raw
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch (s) Fondor
  • 250 ml cream
  • Garlic salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Put on salt water, cut small broccoli florets during this time and add to the boiling water. After about 3 minutes of cooking, add the gnocchi and cook until they float on the surface (about 2 minutes). Put both in a sieve. Heat a little butter and add the diced ham and finely chopped garlic. Fry briefly and then add the broccoli / gnocchis. Pour in the cream immediately, refine with the spices and heat while stirring.
