Ingredients

  • 1 package gnocchi, fresh food counter, but better homemade
  • 0.25 kg ¼ gorgonzola
  • some thyme, fresh
  • 50 ml cream
  • kg ⅛ parmesan
  • Spinach, amount as desired
  • 1 packet walnuts
  • 200 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • some oil (walnut or olive oil)
  • 2 large cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat a little oil (not too hot). Break the walnuts a little and add. Panning. As soon as the oil is absorbed, pour the maple syrup over it. As soon as this has caramelized, add a little butter. Salt at the end. Put aside.
  2. Meanwhile, liquefy the Gorgonzola in the cream and milk in a saucepan. Add pepper and a little thyme.
  3. In another saucepan, cook the spinach together with the garlic (in one piece).
  4. Boil water and season with salt, prepare the gnocchi according to the package insert or a gnocchi recipe.
  5. Pass the cheese / cream-milk mixture through a sieve, add the spinach and nut mixture. Pepper and salt again.
  6. Serve the gnocchi, pour the sauce over it, rub a lot of parmesan over it.
