Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 large tomato (s)
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • 1 package gnocchi, (finished product)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Core the tomatoes and finely dice with the zucchini, paprika and mushrooms.
  2. Chop fresh parsley and chives and divide into 2 portions.
  3. Fry the vegetables in a pan with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper and stir in half of the herbs.
  4. Then take it out of the pan and keep it warm.
  5. Melt the cream cheese in the pan and season with the remaining herbs and pepper. Now heat the gnocchi in the cream cheese sauce.
  6. Serving suggestion:
  7. Place the vegetables in the middle of the plate and drape the gnocchi around them.
